European Organic Congress (EOC) will be held on 25-27 June 2025 in Warsaw, Poland, kicking off with IFOAM Organics Europe’s General Assembly on the morning of 25 June, organised in a hybrid format.

Over the course of two days, this year’s edition will explore how to build on the sector’s strong foundation to shape an innovative and resilient future, guided by the theme: Strengthening Organic Roots for a Competitive and Sustainable 2050.

Business leaders, policymakers, researchers, farmers, and representatives from various organizations will come together to connect, exchange knowledge, and shape a concrete strategy for the sector’s future. You are invited to engage in discussions on the most pressing topics in organic farming, share knowledge about current challenges in the sector, and be inspired by best practices and success stories from different areas of organic agriculture.
